The IDEA Center

The recent economic troubles our world faces are of concern to all of us. Recent news in higher education circles makes it abundantly clear that we are far from immune from these problems. In recognition that these difficult times will not be short lived, The IDEA Center pledges that it will not increase its rates for use of its student ratings system any earlier than July 1, 2011 (two and one-half years). 
 
Rest assured that the decision to maintain our current rates for more than two years does not mean that we will not pursue a number of improvements during that time. We will introduce enhancements to both our student ratings and administrator feedback systems next fiscal year. Our chair and administrator instruments and reports will see major revisions. In addition, we will add a new “for fee” service to our student rating clients—peer benchmarking reports. We anticipate that the growth in use of these new and improved services, and some increased use of the IDEA Student Ratings system will allow us to continue to improve and better fulfill our mission. We remain committed to serving you well and providing the highest quality feedback tools.
 
The Center has experienced considerable growth in the use of our services during the past few years. We believe much of that growth has come from the positive feedback offered by our current clients to our prospective clients. We will do all we can to continue to earn your confidence and trust.
